And these words which I command you this day shall be upon your heart; and you
shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk to them when you
sit in your house, and when you walk by
the way, and when you lie down, and when you
rise."
Wonderful parents and ‘would-be'
parents, you are favored in Jesus name...Amen. For taking time out of less
trivial and frivolous issues to acquaint yourself with this piece. As stated
above from the admonishment of the Lord; parental upbringing is fundamental in
a life of a child/children.
From the cradle, parent(s) roles are vital towards
the development and wellbeing of child(ren) in the family, church and society
at large. And if not nurtured well, there will be ill-characters and adverse
youthful juvenile delinquencies. Explain to your child that Jesus and
God are the same being, but that Jesus wasn't invisible. Try to explain that Jesus
sacrificed His life and died so that God would forgive us for our sins, or,
wrongdoings.
Here is the ABC on child/children Christian upbringing.
A - Always Trust your Child(ren) to God's Care
B - Bring them to the Church
C - Challenge them to high Goals
D - Delight in their Achievements
E - Exalt the LORD in their presence
F - Frown on Evil
G - Give them gifts of Love
H - Hear their Problems
I - Ignore not their Childish Fears
J - Joyfully accept their apologies
K - Keep their Confidence intact
L - Live a good exemplary life before them
M - Make them your Friend(s)
N - Never ignore their endless questions
O - Open your Heart to their Love
P - Pray for them by Name
Q - Quicken your interest in their spirituality
R - Remember their Needs
S - Show them the way of Salvation
T - Teach them to work
U - Understand they are still young
V - Verify your Statement
W - Warn them from bad company
X - Expect them to Obey God and Man
Y - Yearn for God's Best for them
Z - Zealously guide them in Bible trust and in prayers.

Always tell your child how to become a Christian. Salvation
and "getting saved" may not register, so speak simply. Explain that
the Bible tells us that anybody who believes that Jesus came and died for us
will go to Heaven one day and be with God. Tell them that we have to admit that
we make mistakes and tell God we are sorry, and God will forgive us.
Always
tell God that we want to be a better person and that we want Him to live in our
hearts. Once we do this, God sends the Holy Spirit, who will help us know when
we make mistakes. Explain to your child that Jesus and God are the same being,
but that Jesus wasn't invisible.Try to explain that Jesus sacrificed His life
and died so that God would forgive us for our sins.
Dearly beloved Parents and
‘would-be' parents, I believe God to richly guide your heart towards this
salient teachings and to actualize it in the life of the children as stated in
Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he
will not depart from it".
Thank you very much, remain blessed
and favoured of God's bless this season..;
Amen !
